The Site is a showcase only—we do not sell products online. All purchases, enquiries and custom orders are handled offline after you book an appointment. By using the Site or booking a consultation you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. SCOPE & ACCEPTANCE

These Terms apply to your use of the Site and any appointment booking ("Service") you make via it. By browsing, submitting the booking form or contacting us to arrange a visit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. APPOINTMENT BOOKING

How to Book: via our online booking form on the Site, or by email/WhatsApp/phone call.

Eligibility: you must be 18+ and legally able to contract.

Confirmation: a binding appointment contract arises only when confirmed by us (in-person or virtual).

Cancellations & Rescheduling: you may cancel or reschedule free of charge at any time up to 24 hours before your appointment by notifying us.

No Fees: we do not charge booking, cancellation or no-show fees.

5. PRODUCT SHOWCASE & ILLUSTRATIVE CONTENT

All images and descriptions on the Site are illustrative only; actual items (colour, size, carat, finish) may vary due to natural materials or craftsmanship.

Availability is subject to stock and bespoke order timelines; we will advise lead times during your visit.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Site content (text, images, designs) belongs to Gaspari or its licensors, protected by UAE and international IP laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. PRIVACY & COOKIES

10. PRICE & PAYMENT

10.1 Quotation & Final Price

All prices are provisional and subject to confirmation in writing through an official quote or invoice.

Prices are in AED. Where applicable, 5% VAT and any customs/import duties will be itemized in your quote/invoice.

10.2 Deposit & Payment Terms

Bespoke & Custom Orders: require a 50% non-refundable deposit unless otherwise agreed.

Balance: due prior to delivery or at final fitting.

Ready-to-Wear Items: require full payment before dispatch or in-boutique collection.

10.3 Payment Methods

Bank Transfer: UAE account details will be provided on your invoice.

Card Payments: Jaywan, UnionPay, JCB, Mercury, Diners, NSPK, RuPay, Maestro, AliPay, Wechat Pay, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx via secure terminal or payment link.

Cash: accepted in-office.

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.

10.4 Timing & Authority

Payment is due on the invoice date. Delayed payments may result in a hold on the delivery until payment is received.

By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it.

10.5 Invoice Queries

If you believe any invoice or payment detail is incorrect, notify us promptly at info@gasparijewelry.com.

11. IN THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT ISSUE

Under UAE consumer law, you're entitled to products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

Once an item has been received, it is understood that you have approved its condition and confirmed it meets your requirements. Responsibility for the piece transfers to you upon acceptance.

Returning Products:
As each piece is carefully inspected and approved upon purchase or delivery, returns are not accepted. Please ensure all items, along with their original packaging and certificates/tags, are received and stored securely, as they become your responsibility once collected or delivered.

12. OUR RIGHTS TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE SERVICES

Non-Payment:
If required deposits or balances are not paid, we may suspend your order.

Material Breaches:
For any other serious breach (e.g. IP misuse, abusive conduct), we may immediately suspend or terminate Services.

13. CONTRACT TERMINATION AND RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

All sales are final. Once a bespoke deposit is paid or a ready-to-wear item fully paid, you cannot cancel or return as per Section 11.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Gaspari Jewelry (DSM Commodities DMCC) nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaspari Jewelry (DSM Commodities DMCC) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/Services.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government actions).

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll post the revised version on the Site; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by UAE law (as applied in Dubai). Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

20. MISCELLANEOUS

Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus our Privacy & Cookie Policies, form the complete agreement.

Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.

Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign or subcontract freely.

Third-Party Rights: No third party has a right to enforce these Terms.
